College is a place where scholars educated and matured in order to provide a solution to a nation's problems. The level of advancement of a country can be seen from the quality of college. Therefore, it should be a college spearhead the forefront in solving the nation's problems, including environmental problems.
Becoming campus that is based Islamic is not something easy to carried, especially for IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The persistence of status doesnt mean IAIN not make any changes. The flare of conversion making IAIN into UIN also dont want to lose maintaining existence by turning into UIN.
